Tavistock is a charming market town of just 12,000 people, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, south west England. The town was once home to the famous English explorer and seaman, Sir Francis Drake, and is now home to LAL's popular Summer School at Kelly College.

LAL Summer Schools runs a residential summer school for 9- to 16-year-olds at Kelly College in Tavistock.
The school offers a traditional setting with modern classroom facilities in which we teach a General English programme. Residential accommodation is in five supervised accommodation houses. A full range of activities and excursions completes a programme that offers serious study and great fun.

"Our residential schools in the south of England provide a safe and enjoyable environment for students, where they can make new friends from many different countries, as well as learn “real” English with experienced and qualified teachers. You can be sure your child will go home happy."
Mark Cook, General Manager, UK Summer Schools
